ABOUT CAVA
Amy and Randy moved to the SE Powell and Foster neighborhood in 2003. They immediately realized the need for a great restuarant/pub for all the new couples and families and the long time residents of the area. When a space appeared on SE Foster, and they met the wonderful building owner, they knew they had found their space for CAVA.

Owner Randy Montgomery, a Provvista Specialty Foods veteran, is the man behind the bar. He wanted to experience his new establishment somewhere between his dear friends in the kitchen and the friends and neighbors coming in to have a hearty meal. By the way, Randy makes an exceptional Manhattan with Rye and an Amarena cherry!

CAVA strives to serve fresh, simple, local and artisanal food and drink for all to enjoy in a cozy living room atmosphere. Nothing upscale, just a neighborhood pub serving great grub. If we only had a fireplace...
